Start Tax Intake

Complete this short public intake to request BCenter tax preparation support for the current tax year. BCenter uses it to route the job, review complexity, and decide what happens next.

The public intake is for service qualification only. Detailed organizer questions do not belong here. They come later through secure document upload and a BCenter review-session workflow after portal access is set up.

Returning client? Complete the current-year intake first. To upload tax documents after submission, you must sign in to your BCenter portal account. New clients must create portal access first. Document upload is available only inside the authenticated portal.

After upload, a future BCenter review session can read files, extract safe metadata and draft organizer fields, and route the work for human preparer review and approval before any working tax organizer is relied on. That review-session flow is Promised-not-built today.

Review required BCenter reviews scope, workflow, documents, and next steps before acceptance.
Annual intake Every tax filer, including returning clients, completes a new intake each year because return type, income, and tax issues can change.
Portal access Portal access comes after intake submission and accepted-request setup, not before.
Review-session organizer Detailed organizer data is intended to come from uploaded files plus human review, not from a long public form.
Client Sign In Client Sign In is reserved for existing accepted or active clients only.

Current-year tax intake

This public intake is the tax service request for the current tax year. Keep it short here. Organizer details are collected later through secure upload and review-session processing only when BCenter needs them.

Portal organizer later

After portal access is set up, clients can upload tax records such as W-2s, 1099s, IDs, prior-year returns, notices, business records, software exports, and notes. A future BCenter review session can read those files, extract safe metadata and draft organizer fields, and hand the result to a human preparer for review, correction, and approval.

That later organizer can cover dependents, childcare or education items, itemized deductions, business expenses, banking or refund details, detailed ID questions, missing-document follow-up, and workflow routing. It is not part of this public intake and remains Promised-not-built today.

Portal or sign-in next steps

Uploading tax documents requires authenticated portal access. Returning clients sign in with existing credentials. New clients must complete portal account setup first. Working account setup remains Promised-not-built.

Confirmation

Submission received. To upload tax documents, portal access must be created or an existing portal account must be used to sign in.

No tax document upload before authenticated portal access.

Submitting this intake does not file a tax return, amend a return, authorize e-filing, activate portal access by itself, or create a final tax organizer. Organizer creation belongs to the later review-session workflow after secure upload and human preparer review.
